ABOUT

Toa Architects are committed to making Aotearoa a better place by creating innovative and striking solutions to every architectural challenge. When we were asked to help with the wall design of their head office entranceway we knew it had to be something unique, functional and exceed their already high expectations.

OUR SOLUTION

The finished design was a complex skyline scene that used multiple products including acoustic panelling. The project was one of the more challenging installs we have undertaken. All of the unique pieces were cut by water jet and had to be aligned with such precision that there was no room for error.

Our sales team and project manager worked closely with the client to ensure the best possible finish with minimum complications. Thorough preparation was absolutely necessary which included triple checking measurements and laying out the product prior to install. We knew we had constraints with fitting the product behind structural beams and when using high strength adhesives there is minimal time for manipulation or readjusting however, all the prep work paid off and the wall was a great success.

“This was an extremely technical project, it required a lot of ground work before we even started the install and a lot of patience and preparation from our install team. The finished product was better than we expected. The addition of the white stars wasn’t on the original job but matched the designers rendering”
